Healthcare providers worldwide are pressured to address the intersection of financial challenges and workforce shortages. The pandemic accelerated digital adoption while straining finances, pushing hospitals and health systems to navigate delayed demand recovery, rising supplier prices, and talent retention issues. We will explore how hospitals are navigating the financial crisis and at the same time address the need to invest in the development and retention of their workforce.

You will hear from US and DK hospitals on how they are coping with these developments and listen to representatives from Karolinska Institute how their innovative nurse strategy is addressing some of these issues.
